Your guide to booking with us
1. Account Registration
Before making a booking, please register an account using:
- First Name & Last Name
 - Email Address
 - Phone Number
 - Password
 - Valid Card (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex)
 
2. Making a Booking
- Log in to your account
 - Select at least one service
 - Choose a date and time slot
 - Submit your booking
 
                Note: Your default payment method will be charged only after your booking is approved by Barber Core.
            
        3. Booking Statuses
                Pending: Awaiting approval from Barber Core. No payment taken yet.
            
            
                Confirmed: Booking is approved and payment has been taken.
            
            
                Completed: Service has been provided and booking is now finished.
            
            
                No Show: Marked automatically if the guest fails to attend.
            
            
                Cancelled: Booking has been cancelled by user.
            
            
                Rejected: Booking has been cancelled by Barber Core.
            
        4. Cancellations & No Shows
- You can cancel a booking while it is Pending or Confirmed.
 - No cancellation fee if cancelled during Pending status.
 - £10 cancellation fee if cancelled while Confirmed or less than 24 hours before the appointment.
 - £10 fee for No Shows (automatically applied if you miss your appointment).
